Using the kit3
When will I see results?
Smoothness is often felt after the first exfoliation. Visible tone-evening typically shows in 2–4 weeks of consistent use; deeper hyperpigmentation may need 8–12 weeks. Everyone's skin is different.
Will it change my natural skin tone?
No. The kit targets post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation — it won't bleach or change genetically determined melanin, only help restore your original even tone.
Can I use it straight after waxing or laser?
Aloe, hyaluronic acid and vitamin B5 soothe the barrier and the acids are gentle, but Skinstem still recommends waiting 24 hours after a procedure before first use.

Is it safe during pregnancy?
All ingredients meet EU safety norms for leave-on cosmetics. Because salicylic acid is present (≤ 0.5%), please consult your healthcare provider during pregnancy.
What if my skin reacts?
For external use only. Patch test before first use and stop using the product if irritation occurs.

How long does a V-Kit last?
Used as directed (exfoliate 2–3× a week, serum daily, cream once or twice a day), a V-Kit covers roughly 6–8 weeks of the routine — long enough to see the 2–4-week tone results.
How long does delivery take?
2–5 working days, sometimes longer during promotions. Shipping is free on every V-Kit order and on any order over R650. You'll get tracking by email or SMS. Please provide a street address rather than a PO box.

Can I return a product?
